SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA ONLY - FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS - NO MINIMUM ORDER - NO COUPON CODE REQUIRED!

SHIPPING - Some shipping offers cannot be applied to orders shipped outside the Continental 48 States. Doggy Gifts will notify you prior to shipping in that situation. We use United States Postal Service, FedEx Ground and United Parcel Service for most shipments. If your shipping address is USPS specific or non-USPS eligible, please let us know.

SALES TAX - There is no sales tax added to orders being shipped outside of California. California residents will be charged applicable local sales tax rates. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION - Doggy Gifts LLC is happy to accept most major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards as well as PayPal Express.

RETURN POLICY - We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. If this happens, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return. 

  • We will accept returns of unused eligible merchandise provided you have requested authorization by contacting our customer care center via email with the reason for your return. Please contact us for making a return within 15 days. Thank you.  Note - certain exclusions apply, as follows, and are not eligible for return or exchange.CONTACT US
  • For the protection of our canine customers, all food, treats, supplements and other edible items are NOT returnable. All personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Any additional item listed as "non-returnable" on our web store cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
  • We're sorry, but Doggy Gifts LLC cannot be responsible for items destroyed or damaged by your dog or puppy. Refunds, exchanges or credits for items that have been damaged by pets will not be offered. Our products are from reputable manufacturers and are of high quality - but no dog toy is indestructible. Please choose carefully depending on the age and behavior of your pet.  
  • Refunds may be subject to adjustment for promotions, offers and free gift offers dependent on qualifying purchase. Please contact us for questions specific to your order details and return request.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS - Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undelivered packages or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid an address correction charge. When placing an order online, you will also receive an automated email confirmation - please be sure to check it carefully! If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, Doggy Gifts reserves the right to charge the shipping cost incurred by Doggy Gifts to reship the package to the correct address. If your shipping address is USPS specific or non-USPS eligible, please let us know at time of placing the initial order. 

REFUSED SHIPMENT - If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and may be subject to an additional  restocking fee of 15-20%. Please do not refuse the shipment - please contact us asap if you need to make a change to this order.
